Fire Emergency
- 1. Immediately evacuate the building
- 2. Call 911 from a safe location
- 3. Alert neighbors if safe to do so
- 4. Meet at designated assembly point
- 5. Contact park management at (760) 753-3333
- 6. Do not re-enter until cleared by fire department
Water/Gas Leak
- 1. If gas leak, evacuate immediately and avoid sparks
- 2. Shut off water/gas main if safe to do so
- 3. Call park management at (760) 753-3333
- 4. For gas leaks, also call Gas Company
- 5. Keep others away from affected area
- 6. Do not return until cleared by professionals
Medical Emergency
- 1. Call 911 immediately
- 2. Provide exact location within park
- 3. Follow dispatcher instructions
- 4. Send someone to meet emergency vehicles at park entrance
- 5. Notify park management at (760) 753-3333
- 6. Do not move injured person unless in immediate danger
Severe Weather
- 1. Monitor local weather alerts
- 2. Secure outdoor items and furniture
- 3. Close and lock all windows and doors
- 4. Stay indoors and away from windows
- 5. Have emergency supplies ready
- 6. Follow evacuation orders from authorities
Emergency Assembly Point
In case of evacuation, all residents should meet at the designated assembly point located at the main parking area near the office entrance. This allows emergency responders to account for all residents.
